con DEBT CRISIS - DISASTER CAPITALISM - POLITICAL THEATER Prof Richard Wolff - 'Capitalism Hits The Fan' w Amy #28.05 dn 07-28-11

In order to better understand this issue, let's first get some straight talk from an expert:

Real grassroots masses in Europe are saying "No way!" to the banksters. The Greek government has already bowed to the inevitable. it will default. Others will follow soon. While seemingly similar to Europe's protests, what is going on in America is an honest-to-god, wolf in sheep's clothing.

Enter the Koch Brothers (David H. and Charles G.), as mean-spirited a pair of misanthropic, mega-freebooting mother-fuckers as we've seen in the modern era (and that's saying something), These Grade A bastards would have given Gould, Frick, and Mellon, along with John D,, J.P and the rest of the roly-poly gang of Barons of yore, a severe run for their money back in the day. So how do the Kochs fit into what's going on in Washington these days?

Faux grasroots is what's going on in the land of corporate "personhood," and myriad other shell games. The Tea Party, whose intransigence and general, all-purpose obduracy stands in the path of anything approaching "compromise," you know, that sunny place where reasonable folks bury the hatchet and come together for the common good? But, the Tead-off Partiers are so brainwashed and brim full of righteous anger at this point (they actually believe that they came up with this brand-new notion of "starve the beast" all by their lonesome), that the only hatchet they want to bury now is in Obama's back (figuratively, we hope).

The Kochs had been trying for some time to create a series of "astroturf" groups to compete with the noise on the Left from unions, the express aim being to visibly set us against one another; the more noise and confusion, the better for them.

Until the Wall Street engendered economic collapse of 2008, they were finding it a tough go. But, as Naomi Klein warned us, a good Capitalist never let's a crisis go to waste. Building on the discontent of Libertarians and Independents (even a Dem, or two), they threw millions into the then nascent Tea Party, breathing professional life into its enthusiastic, but, naively amateur ways.

They paid for posh transport and lodging for all those demonstrators who showed up on the D.C. Mall (if you were broke and unemployed and maybe losing your home soon, would you turn down an all-expenses paid trip to the nation's capitol, in spacious coaches, with snazzy hotels and 3 squares a day, and all you had to do was give "The Man" hell for a few hours?). Then there were all those picnics and meetings with great chow and entertainment.

Additional millions bought the best smear ads in the ad biz. And they funded - via verious front PACs and C-504Ks (for Koch - disclosure not required if non-political) - many of the Tea Party candidates in 2010. A lotta bux, but, as you can see, they got their money's worth.

Rove's Rig Rover took it from there.

Jane Mayer's 2010 piece in The New Yorker provides a vivid portrait of the Brothers Koch. This is also a cautionary tale that nothing exceeds like excessssss -Robert Moses, a man who would know, and why there must eventually be limits placed on the control of personal wealth.

This piece describes a few of the wing-nut outfits and how they go about gumming up the works in Washington; contributing to the contrived carnage. The term "anarchic" best describes their actions.

With that intro out of the way, join me now as we watch the always passionate and bracing mind of Professor Richard Wolff.
He gives a nice recap of the history of how we got here and the different approaches taken by Europe's Social Capitalism vs. the United States' laissez-faire, trickle-down, deregulated, kleptocrati bullshit scams and schemes. As he begins, your instinct will be to slash your wrists - so many cons, grifts and grabs, so little time. But, STAY THAT BLADE! because, as he proceeds, you see what he sees: the sheer unsustainablity of The Nexi's grab for every piece of the pie (not just 90%). Marx was right. Capitalism's basic premise is Creative Destruction... of the masses.
companies form, do well, competiton comes along, best man wins, some do well, others less deserving don't, the world's a better place and the cycle begins anew.
The only thing missing in this happy fiction (besides regulation by grown-ups) is the absence of any concern for the working stiffs with no say-so whatever in the direction or outcome of all this corporate combat. In the final analysis, the burden of creative destruction falls most heavily on those most vulnerable and least able to defend themselves. That's why Capitalism has to go; beginning with the freebooting, take-no-prisoners, variety, as practiced on Wall Street.
The Prof also makes clear why, at this pivotal moment in this nation's history, every hand in Washington is turned against the will of the people, not just the Kochified Tea Party loonies (who are actually being financed to work against their own interests), but Senate Democrats and our first black Prez as well, who, economically speaking, is looking more Honkey to me by the day. He needs to know, I've been abused and lied to by better, old, Anglo-Saxon white guys than him.
The only thing that will stop this wrecking crew is a fed-up citizenry. The less educated, massively distracted and propagandized American public is very slowly beginning to get it. My guess is, we'll all be in the streets before too much longer (within 5 years, barring another false-flag "terrorism").
DEBT CRISIS - DISASTER CAPITALISM - POLITICAL THEATER Prof Richard Wolff - 'Capitalism Hits The Fan' w Amy #28.05 dn 07-28-11

Near the end, he also mentions the next step in corporate America's exit from this country; to wit: the large scale relocation of American industry to "friendlier' (cheaper, more exploitable) shores.

In case anyone flat "missed" America's disappeared 4 million (high-paying) jobs over the past few decades, be sure not to miss Varlet Vamoose II (my term). The Nexi bastards, having now wrecked the economy and stolen everything not nailed down, see no reason to tarry long in the land of the ex-middle class. The Gobi landscape of deserted malls from coast to coast provide mute testimony that the days of shopping therapy are numbered. That may be just as well, because the days of Happy Motoring to get to them won't be far behind.

(of course Florida doesn't need a bullet train. What ever gave you that idea?)

This is Stage 3 of a 3-step strategy that began in the 80s with outsourcing and offshoring, then moved on in the 90s and Nulls to insourcing (bringing in talent for way less money) and now moves on to the latest betrayal: total abandonment of America by the very corporations themselves - let's call it outshoring (my term) - as they look for the next corpus to turn into a carcass.
The Nexi may be greedy, but they're nobody's fools. As they depart, they will roll up our support sytem behind them. You think America's a rough ride now....

Revolution - however you define that term - is headed for these star-crossed shores. By the time the chaos begins here in earnest, the initiators of all this will be long gone,

And as these corporate death stars have always done with only Third World countries up to now, they will sit back with a tall cool one and watch the unraveling of America, that they caused, from afar.

Want to know why the GOP (a misnomer since Bush 43 - it's now grand mal, very young and a bi-polar kind of party) is so obdurate in its position on the debt crisis? How about being mad as hell that Obama, a black man, got elected in the first place? That he has no right to be running the country. That it is against God's law that a black man should be dictating to whites. it is certainly God's will that Obama not be allowed to boast of any "victories" while in office. That all government is the Devil's work and must be expunged from the landscape. I could go on, but that's enough crazy for now. Just don't forget that there's about 70 million of these addlepated folks out there. One of them, alas, is Eric Cantor.

And this choleric fellow is one of the U.S. House's 35, or so, Tea Party zealots, currently giving Speaker Boehner fits. John has discovered, to his chagrin, that he's just not crazy enough for them.
Let's all go to the Chris Matthews, 1-minute clip:

This freethinker says (and you can quote me), "gods help us all!" And I mean even the Greek ones. Frankly, I'll take any god that thinks it can lend a hand. Scaling Olympus was child's play.

that you punish in various ways the N-lovers."
It has not gone unnoticed that shooter Breivik made a point of going to an island summer camp comprised mostly of scions of that nation's progressive elite. --------------------------------------------------------------

The most discouraging thing for me in all this is that such antediluvian notions persist in the face of our, otherwise, magnificent progress in societal organization (in Europe and elsewhere) in so many areas.

I wonder how long it will take The Nexi to figure out that, as long as we have rank inequality - anywhere - we are bound to repeat this tragic, pernicious meme, in an endless Mobius loop, until we figure it out, or finally go our final, well-deserved, carbon-based way.

Breivek's unlucky curse is his irrational fear of the loss of, and thus need to defend, a false value (the paucity of melanin in his skin) and that "the other" (less advantaged) posed an existential threat to that "value." The "other's" religion, nationality, language, etc. are just the details he weaved together to justify maintaining his elevated status quo; in this case, tragically, by whatever means came to hand.

This process of demonization is familiar to anyone who has taken note of human behaviour. In this case, Muslim demographic infiltration into "his" culture posed a threat that he thought might end up overwhelming that culture, as it just might; history is replete with this type of takeover. So, Breivik's skin color serves as a handy, if simple-minded, metaphor for inequality. It is far easier to use a peripheral issue to avoid (and deny) addressing the real issue here.

As anyone who gives a damn about his fellow man can tell you, social justice is just pretty words on a piece of paper (or parchment) sans economic justice. Tha is the root cause of Mr. Breivek's angst and its only remedy is to end the rank inequality of humans' access to the resources that allow for a civilized life for all.

Solve rank inequality - we will never all be totally equal (I'm a Romantic, not a fool) - and the Breiviks and McVeighs, even the bin Ladens, fade away as they will then have not much more to "lose" than their darker-skinned, differently-tongued, other-idolatered neighbors on Planet Earth.

I'm pulling for us. I hope we make it.  NjW 07-28-11

con CLASS WAR - FAUX 'DEBT CRISIS' MASKS MOVE TO WEAKEN SOCIAL AND MUCH, MUCH MORE - Michael Hudson w Amy & Juan #19.35 dn 07-22-11

This just in...
rot Congress In Secret Talks To Chop Social Security And Medicare To Avoid Apocalyptic Debt Default  07-26-11

MICHAEL HUDSON: As Mr. Obama's Deficit Reduction Commission said, we have to get rid of Medicare, we have to get rid of Social Security, put the Social Security funds into the stock market, create a stock market boom, create a new business for his—for Wall Street. He believes in trickle-down economics. ...

NjW: Now, WAIT JUST A DAMN MINUTE, BUSTER! Medicare would be fine if we'd just prevent the greed-besotted folks in Big Pharma, Big Insurance and the AMA from charging the Earth for their services and products, then screwing folks out of their rightful care when they really need it. And Social Security is SELF-FINANCED, fer crissakes!. By law, it may not run a deficit. Besides, there's some $2+ trillion in the "Reserves" kitty that's been building up since 1983 - supposed to hold us at current payouts until 2037, or thereabouts. So, what's Social got to do with the deficit?

In fact, quite a lot.

But, before we return to Amy, Juan and the Prof, perhaps you'd better read this first:
(you might want to be sitting down, in case any or all of this is news to you - while predictable, rank betrayal is upsetting, no matter the circumstance)

f age SOCIAL SECURITY - HOW THE U.S GOV'T & THE NEXI STOLE YOUR $2.5 TRILLION SURPLUS  alexanderhiggins  07-22-11

Now, let's rejoin the converation...

JUAN GONZALEZ: I also wanted to ask you about the connection to—from what's going on here to what's going on in Europe, and especially in Greece, the situation there. On Thursday, European leaders agreed to a new $155 billion bailout for Greece. ...
The connections, if any, between what's going on in Greece and Europe and the battle we're having here?

MICHAEL HUDSON: Well, Greece's should be viewed as a dress rehearsal for the United States. It's exactly the same thing. Greece didn't really get any bailout funds at all. All of the bailout funds were given by European creditor governments to the banks that held the Greek bonds. And Greece was told, "Well, there's a 50 billion euro loss on your bonds that have gone down. You have to sell off and privatize $50 billion of your land and property in the public domain." So every euro that the bankers lose, Greece has to sell off. And the idea is to carve up the government and privatize it, just like Illinois and Chicago and Wisconsin and California are doing. So it's a dress rehearsal for what's happening here.

AMY GOODMAN: If you talk about dress rehearsal, there are massive protests—there have been—in the streets of Greece, in Spain, when we were just in Britain, in London. What about here?

MICHAEL HUDSON: All of you—that you've seen are the protests in Madison, Wisconsin. And in the Greek square, in front of the parliament building, there were signs up to say, "We are Wisconsin." There was a very clear connection they were making that this is a worldwide struggle. What's happening across the world is an attempt by the financial sector to really make its move and say this is their opportunity for a power grab. And they're creating this artificial crisis as an opportunity to carve up the public domain and to give themselves enough money. They're taking the money and running, because they know that unemployment is going up. The game is over. They know that. And the only question is, how much can they take, how fast?
(before they must flee to avoid the wrath of an enraged citizenry  NjW)
The quotes above from Professor Hudson's last few minutes with Juan on Friday's Democracy Now needs to be tattood on the forehead of every American - in reverse! That way, every time s/he sees her/his reflection, they will be visibly reminded of the  level of betrayal by our government. Our misleaders have - every fricken chance they got - done nothing since the Civil War but play us like rubes, fresh in on the hay wagon. Time to wise up.

The way to bring this monstrous syndicate of shame down is to drop out of the toxic and destructive part of this society in every way we can. Once you start thinking about it, you will see there are myriad ways to be in America without contributing to the greedmeisters on Wall Street.

It won't be easy.

Remember, Capitalism 101 instructs that the ultimate (unstated, but inescapably logical) goal is to eliminate the competition. Any anti-consumer movement of size will pose a mortal threat to the powerful interests (The Nexi) in this society:

- weekly/monthly "sharefests" or areawide yard sales (both promote used stuff - no "growth" in that)  - local farm co-ops (do I have to tell you who might have a problem with that?)
- efforts to deprive government of immoral and confiscatory taxation (feeding the expired parking meters of others, warning of a speed trap up ahead, taking safety inspectors along with crime investigators - you get the picture)

An upcoming post will give you a some ideas and websites about what you can do individually to knock the props out from under this rickety edifice. It's more than you think.

PART 2

So, Obama's a Reaganite in Progressive's Denims. BFD. Were you really surprised?

For some of us, his walk has never lived up to his eloquent talk. But, to be fair, in the end, the force majeure of all that corporate money has swept all before it (not to mention the dismaying series of our Supremes' Federalist decisions). Could you turn down an offer of a million-dollar sinecure at a cushy perch in corporate heaven?

But, the heads of state and corporate power rest uneasy these days. As the petticoats have been lifted, enough of us have been able to glimpse the knobby knees of captains-of-industry under the pretty Spring frocks and movie-star visages (think TV news).

In response to the worldwide outrage at the attempts by The Nexi to cuckold (privatize) nation after nation, using the club of fiat debt in exchange for items of real worth, people - especially the young, whose world this always is - are saying, "Fuck this!"

It's one thing to settle for the staus quo ante bargain with the devil that implies, "You guys get to keep 99% of everything in exchange for providing us with a decent (social safety net), civil society and the right to raise our families in peace and maybe have a beer with the boys on Friday nights." This has actually been the case in much of the EU, Japan, South Korea and Singapore, et al (just don't spit your gum out the car window in that last one)

America has gone another route. Our Nexi preferred a 99.9% cut (still doable in a nation with an approximate national wealth of $200+ trillion). All was on track until 1929, when the greed grab was sidetracked for a half-century - 1929-1981.

Since Reagan's theft of the 1980 election, like JFK's (RFK & Mayor Daley), Nixon's first (Kissinger) and both of Dubya's (Rove), the boys have been back in town. And they've been bizzee litle beez. The systematic dismantling (deregulation and illegal non-enforcement) of laws passed during the 30s thru the 60s, expressly designed to reign in the worst excesses of Capitalist ethic and ethos (such as it is) - of administrations of both parties - have brought us to this low point in our brief history as a nation.

The world is now pushing back, from the Middle East to Madison. The Nexi is increasingly employing more devious and brutal tactics to stem the tide and blunt the attacks on the very foundations of their corrupt and anti-humane edifice. You can't attend a peaceful protest in any major city of the West (yes, France, Germany, et al) without bumping into very large men whose sole job is to precipitate a causus belli pretext that allows the cops and MSM to then spin the event in a way that discredits the true non-violent grassroots origins of such protests.

What frightens The Nexi most is that none of this is working any longer. As the Professor above says, the game really is up for them (except for most Americans, who don't quite get it yet.). You would think that, faced with the overwhelming will of the people, The Nexi would try to work a deal, as they have so often in the past. But, compromise is not in the sociopath's toolbox just yet; only hammers... and sandpaper (to erase the fingerprints).

Disaster Capitalism at its very best.

Hed: ROVE ROLLS REPUBLIC! (turning it into a wee cuckold)

So, there you have it, ladies and gents. As I told you, King Karl Christian stole it fair and square, in the process, saddling us all with the blithering Bush ninny and his frightful companion, Death Star Cheney, along with numerous toads, Orcs, scalawags and misanthropes, for four more interminable, terrible years. So, I have but one question for you:

Do you folks now have the beytsim to print this outrage perpetrated on the people of the world, in 236-point type (31/2" for my ink-free-wretch readers), above the fold,, on page one of tomorrow's edition? (maybe Saturday's) You don't even have to say where you got it,  but, for the record, this one's from Mark Crispin Miller's very excellente daily e-letter.

We both know you have to really stretch to find a level of betrayal much deeper than this.

Feel free to refer back to my link-dense, 13-page, letter-to-the-editor of December, 2008, regarding this matter: in excruciating detail, I might add.

I feel sure Bob F. would give you permish to republish his blog entry gratis (that's assuming he doesn't faint dead away first).

rot law FLORIDA's SUCCESSFUL LEAD FORECLOSURE FRAUD INVESTIGATORS 'LET GO' w NO NOTICE OR EXPLANATION palmbeachpost 07-13-11

from patrick.net

As Lily said, it really is a bitch to keep up. As I read this PBP piece (Florida's best newspaper, IMHO) my cyni-meter hackles kept rising. Regardless of differing ideologies, why would even that messianic moral moron in the statehouse, not to mention his hot-in-chief starr, Pam Bondi, pitch such a winning ticket in the trash? To wit, a few salient points:

"...Edwards said she sensed changes were coming..." I'd love amplification on that, wouldn't you?

"I think they wanted to put people in there that were more in line with their thinking," Edwards said. Fair enough; that's de rigueur; new brooms sweep clean, and all that. Still, it gives one pause to wonder about the area of "thinking" one needed to be "in line" with - political? ideological? philosophical? criminal? malfeasance-wise?

"... Edwards given no time to brief anyone on the investigations and that there were notes that had yet to be transcribed and filed.." Why the unseemly bum's rush? Unless, of course, "justice" wasn't the top priority here.

"On May 20, Edwards ... and Clarkson ... told by Robert Julian, then the South Florida bureau chief for the Economic Crimes Section of the attorney general's office."  Good man, that Julian.

""We had absolutely no idea it was coming," said Edwards, who in an April 22 performance review was praised by Julian."
Good man, that Julian; knows good people when he sees them. He's obviously "in line with" their objectives.

Clarkson ..., also received high marks from Julian on a performance evaluation ... She was given "above expectation" or "exceptional" rankings in 14 of 15 categories. Good man, that Julian; knows good work when he sees it. Just the kind of key man you'd want around in bagging the bad guys, eh?

"Edwards said Julian has since been placed in another position." I don't know about you, but, I'd love to know what that "other position" is, wouldn't you? He seemed to be on a roll in his present one. Gosh, I hope it gives this superlative employee even more power to go after the crooked skunks trying to aid and abet the cover-up of all those bankster bads, don't you?

""I know those two ladies did a yeoman's job, and it perplexed me when they left the office," Josh Bleil, a partner in the Ticktin Law Group foreclosure defense firm, said about Edwards and Clarkson. "They were instrumental in creating the PowerPoint presentation that blew up everything." I'm with you, Josh - perplexed. There are only two reasons these gals got the axe: one is dumbth and two is greed.

"In January, Bondi's office told lawmakers ... that Florida's foreclosure process is in "total disarray" with a "morass" of fraudulent paperwork." So, then, Pammy plans not to "fix" stuff that's not broken, like the team of gals in this piece. Apparently not. That, or she received orders to make counterintuitive "repairs."

I don't know about you, but to me, this whole thing stinks to high heaven. With so much in our society in disrepair and more than a little dysfunctional, I suppose I'm suspicious of actions that seem designed to dismantle areas that remain in relatively good working order. Cui bono?
See if you agree.

cop LAWFARE - US's 'MATERIAL SUPPORT' LAWS ALLOW END RUN AROUND THE BILL OF RIGHTS antiwar.com 07-07-11

Anyone wonder how far ahead of the pack we'd be as a nation if we devoted one-tenth the cunning and guile we expend in perverting our perfectly good laws, and instead, tried to perfect them?

This pack of "laws" would do Uncle Joe (Stalin) proud. As he might have said, "There's no law like a law that no one explain, define or defend against."

THE USA PATRIOT ACT (especially the new and improved version) and the slew of "material support"-type lege passed since 2000 are  all so broad, so open to interpretation, that the accused (assuming he's ever allowed to even sniff the interior of a courtroom) has little chance of "knowing" the charges brought against him. He also has about the same odds of "knowing" how to avoid running afoul of such legal ambiguity in the first place.
And in the best tradition of humankind -monkey see, monkey do - such misleadership in Washington is aped by every authoritarian slug and weasel in the countryside.

Speaking of apes, I thought you might like to read about The Volunteer State's latest and greatest gift to legal precedent (and we're worried about Islamofascists?) from the POV of a defender of this kind of legislation. She's some happy warrior, alright. The bill's sponsor agrees:
"It should be a priority of ours to protect the citizens of our great state - there will be no prosperity without security, ..." Neither deserves either. Pastor Niemoller ascents with a cosmic smirk.

You're gonna love the target of this legislation and you're gonna love the title of her blog. Fear would be the correct reactive feeling. These folks are bat-shit crazy, for sure. But, Hey! If the Sooner Lege can outlaw Sharia Law in Oklahoma, why should they have all the fun?

psy PERSONALITY DISORDERS ON TH POTOMAC njw 07-06-11

For a bit of insight into the forces currently at work in our government's mad scramble to square the circle on raising Uncle Sam's debt limit, it pays to look closer at the key personalities driving the debate. These would be: Pres. Obama and Senators Chuck Schumer and Harry Reid on the Alleged Left (AL), and Reps Eric Cantor and John Boehner, plus Senator "Mitch" McCollum on the New Right (NR). IMHO, all of the others are, for all intents, irrelevant (except for how well they follow orders, or don't). This includes scolds like Bernie and Dennis (and maybe even Ron Paul) as well as the few leftover "moderate" Repubs like Roscoe. The only thing Bernie and Dennis have going for them are perfectly-pitched moral compasses. They are precisely right - from the humanity POV - but, in the current atavistic climate of the nation, they get no oxygen.
A side benefit of this post is that it will refresh your memories on exactly what constitutes an "entitlement," in both its dictionary sense and as a facet of various mental disorders. Who knew that all those Social Security defenders and recipients had a mental disorder?

On the AL, none of the combatents show any signs of mental illness- aside from choosing politics as gainful employment. Obama has the usual Liberal problem of being constantly reluctant to take his own side on an issue. Schumer and Reid exhibit the only slightly neurotic Liberal habit of giving away the farm before the other side even gets the chance to refuse to go along with such an "outrageous" (a politician's all-purpose, go-to word) proposal.

The personalities in the NR corner are far more interesting to me. Eric "Mr Walk Away" Cantor, in particular, strikes me as a very spoiled child in a kindergarten (Congress) chock full of such brats. He is important due to his pivotal position of power (his first real one) in the current debate. Power - any kind - tends to bring out the absolute worst in us. A few of us go plumb loco when handed the magic wand. Rep. Cantor exhibits classic signs of loco terriblis. This does not bode well for any of us.

It turns out that Mr. Cantor's gallop out of the talks was prompted by a suggestion by the AL team that the ratio of cuts vs. new taxes be adjusted from a tentatively agreed-upon 85% v 15%, respectively, to a (outrageous) mix of 83% v 17%. That;s all it took for "the kid" to take his bat and ball and go home. Terms describing such behaviour as "unreasonable", "hot-headed" (ibid, John McCain) or "childish" are non-elucidatory and unhelpful in placing such acts in proper perspective.

To say that Cantor's action was manipulatory implies that it was voluntary on his part. But, was it cynical calculation, or was it something beyond his control? Psychological analysis allows us to measure somewhat the degree to which Cantor can be "reasoned with." I'm not sanguine on that score.

Read this and see what you think (you should easily recognize Intermittent Enforcement):

Histrionic Personality  let's hope it's this and not this

As for Cantor's compatriots: McConnel's just another, dreary run-of-the-mill ideologue - a Jesse "Senator NO!"redux, while Boehner's heart just doen't seem to be in some of the mean-spirited things he comes out with. He may even have a regret from time to time. While that just may be Progressive fantasy on my part, I do believe that he is probably one of the few who might be able to reason with a clearly addlepated Eric Cantor.

ff 9-11 REPORT Collateral-Damage COVERT OPS vis-a-vis Black Eagle Trust Fund SYNOPSIS + LINKS wanttoknow.info

For those of you who have not yet gotten the knack of questioning authority and thus remain in denial regarding the depths to which your government may have sunk in order to prosecute its dark agenda, hit Delete. Now.

For those unwilling to suspend disbelief, read on. When you have finished this exquisitely-reasoned and well-documented essay - in its 2-page, 10-page or 59-page version, you will be left with scant doubt about the Olympian level of betrayal that is the false-flag op of 9-11.

Read this material with two thoughts paramount:

1 - Cui bono - Who benefits?
2 - There are no coincidences

It's too bad the title "Inside Job" is already taken. But, then, the cynicism biz is doing boffo boxoffice these days, isn't it?
NOTE: although lengthy - the entire essay is 59 pages - the 2-page and 10-page summaries help you choose your level of detail; the authors appreciate that not everyone is into the granular on every issue. Many of the key assertions posited here have handy links to relible reportage and original documents. You need take little of what's presented here "on faith."

On the offchance that you find the above arguments persuasive, here's a guide to the rest of this site's fine organization of the truth. This will answer many questions you may have had about your government over the past 4 or 5 decades.

fun VIDEO The Gulf Coast of Florida (lower volume if you're at work)

from Pat & Bob this time

As an original Anglo who lives in his shorts and loves Jimmy Buffett, this vid spoke to me. It's also a tad ironic that this PM I will be in Straub Park, along with a bunch of other malcontents and trouble-makers, protesting our unconvicted felon Governor's largely successful attempt to create a just dandy Dark Ages Sunshine State (talk about yer oxymoron!).

As with most despot wannabes, his pathetic attempts to appear human only serve to remind us what an asshole sociopath he really is. But, it's okay because, as his mother told us, "Ricky's a good boy." BTW, am I the only one who think he kinda resembles Sigourney's Alien?
Check your compassion at the state line; you can retrieve it on your way home*.
